The worst and nastiest room

This is not a family friendly hotel. We had spiders and webs in our room and front desk acted like it was not a big deal. There was a tube hanging out of the bathroom shower ceiling…. not covered and just everything about our room was old dingy and not unkept whatsoever. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and service was soo slow we thought they didn’t want to serve us. We waited to be seated and ever waiter made eye contact with us and just kept passing by. It was not even busy. The manger came up to us and asked if he can help us. We just wanted to sit down and eat at the restaurant.. I’m not sure if they didn’t want a family to eat at the restaurants or it was because of other reasons we don’t know. I wished we booked another hotel somewhere else.

The hotel offered a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were impressively spacious and clean, and the staff was both polite and courteous. However, the main building and lobby are outdated and feel old. A notable disappointment was the pool, which was much smaller than the pictures on the website led us to believe. Pros: * Spacious and clean rooms. * Polite and courteous staff. Cons: * The building and lobby are outdated. * The pool was significantly smaller than advertised online.
