Dirty room hallway dirty bathroom one quarter of toilet paper on the rack one full limited parking, papers in the basket wen we came in , foot print on bathroom like they did not clean,smell like mariguana in the room ,i asked the guy in the front desk to speak to a manager, i was told that he will be in tomorrow morning he wasn't there in the morning they told me he will be there at 11 am i call at 12.30 he wasn't there ,that area around te hotel looks insecure.

I booked two rooms for two nights through Hotels.com, and this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms smelled strongly of dog urine and marijuana. Although the front desk said all rooms were non-smoking, there was clear marijuana smoke coming from the rooms next to us. The area felt very unsafe, with police frequently coming to the hotel. On the second day, a man staying next door was arrested, which was very disturbing. Despite paying a higher price due to the holiday season, the “free breakfast” was very limited—only coffee, tea, yogurt, and bread. The hotel said they were short-staffed because of the holiday, which does not make sense given the higher rates. I would never stay here again.

Dirty sheets like they didn’t change them. Also a used soap with hairs inside the restroom and trash was not empty. I just stayed because I got there at 3am with my children and sister.
