It was terrible, the toilet ran all night long, very loudly.And it also leaked on the floor around the oat ring.I told them that I wanted to fix.They said they would come fix it.And they never showed up.I really want my money back

DO NOT STAY: Freezing Room, Zero Towels, Filthy

We stayed here for one night while in town for a funeral—my mother’s brother had passed. She’s 66 and we both had one of the worst nights of sleep in recent memory. • No towels were provided. I asked at 9:30 PM and was told they’d bring them. I stayed up until midnight—they never showed. • The heater was set to 86°F but never blew hot air—the room stayed stuck at 67°F all night. It was freezing, and the blanket was a paper-thin fleece like a hospital would use. • We both had to sleep in full clothing just to stay warm. • The toilet barely flushed, even for small use. • Only two bars of soap were provided—no shampoo, lotion, or even basic hotel toiletries. • The noise from upstairs was constant and loud, mostly footsteps and banging well into the night. • The room was dirty and poorly maintained: • A drawer was broken • We found a large nail embedded in water-damaged wood on the nightstand • The bathroom door appeared to have dried urine stains • The door latch didn’t add any sense of safety • We were charged over $114 for this stay—and for what? I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s before and know to expect the basics, but this location was well below even budget standards. Cold, dirty, and clearly not cared for. Do not stay here.

Very disappointed in the fact that we went to ask for new towels and were told they would send towels up after taking our old ones. Never got them. Floors were disgusting. Beds unwashed and stained. Looked like someone had done a line of coke on the bathroom counter. The amount of homeless that was on the property made it feel very unsafe

A good experience for me

Nice location. Close to the shore and good dining places. Secure parking, quiet. The price was more than fair. The only thing I had to do was buy proper pillows. Everything was fine.
