This was a very spacious, comfortable room. I really liked how quiet the surrounding area was. The only downside was the fact that the toilet was not tightly fastened to the floor, which created a small puddle upon flushing. Fortunately, I did not have any personal items in the bathroom. The breakfast options were limited, but much appreciated.

Great spot!

My daughter and I went up there to visit my oldest daughter for the weekend and the place was nice. The owner was very friendly and it was very convenient. Thank you for everything. We will definitely stay there again.

It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. The water pressure was great, but the shower temperature could have been hotter. The walls were thin, so it got cold easily and you could hear traffic. The heater was very loud so I couldn't have it on while I slept, but it worked well and quickly. Would I stay here again if I was looking to save money? Absolutely.
