Some of the staff, such as Arthur, was wonderful! He was very accommodating and friendly and informative, the gal who helped me upon check out was not so much. The breakfast was fine, although most did not have any taste. Of course, that is my opinion. The hot tube smelled of mildew for some reason. Also, the staff played loud music at 3:30 in the AM

My only bad experience is when we were getting ready to for check out about 10:30 am, our DND sign was on the door, But a housekeeper kept on knocking on the door like rushing us to leave. That’s very RUDE!!! Wish management would trained their staff better.

We have stayed here four times now during our Legoland trips, and each experience has generally been great—until this time. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by some disruptive guests, specifically a sports team, whose parents failed to supervise them. The children were behaving recklessly, playing with the pool’s handicap chair, running and jumping into the pool unsafely, and even throwing a chair into the pool. When they approached me, I calmly asked them to settle down, reminding them that they were responsible for any damages. Their dismissive response was, "We do not care." We ultimately left the pool area early due to their behavior and alerted the front desk. They assured us they would address the situation, but it was clear that no action was taken. These kids and adults continued to make noise well past midnight, playing loud music and disregarding the 10 PM pool closure and quiet hours. It felt as though the staff did not prioritize the experience of all guests, including those of us with children who were being respectful. When we woke up the next morning, the pool and surrounding areas were left in a state of disarray. I truly felt for the cleaning crew who had to deal with the aftermath. This situation could have been handled much better, and it's disappointing that it wasn't.

Front desk and housekeeping staffs were extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in a king studio for 2 adults and 2 kids (7&9). We love the room and the convenience of asking for the induction stove top. Kids love the heated pool. The only complain we had was breakfast. Maybe because we went for Thanksgiving and the day after, both days breakfasts were insufficient. We couldn't even find a bowl or plate when everyone was lining up for the waffles. We have stayed in home2suite many times and this was an unexpected disappointment. We do understand that it was the holiday and kitchen might have been understaffed. But to be told there is no more bread, oatmeal, and no more bowls or plates one hour before breakfast closes wasn't expected. I ended up using the waffle batter measuring cup for the yogurt and had to be very creative to hold a hot waffle with no plate.
