This hotel is in huge need of cleaning as well as repair! The pool area was disgusting- hair balls in the floor, beer bottle caps scattered on the floor, puddles of water that looked absolutely disgustingly dirty, pillows on the lounge chairs that were soiled - even my kids were disgusted. Our rooms were no better- blood stains on the mattress and sheets were visibly soiled/dirty, sliding patio doors didn’t lock, bathroom doors didn’t lock, cold water faucet could not be turning- only the handle for the hot water worked. It was by far the worst Embassy Suites I’ve EVER stayed in. The only thing going for this property is the pleasant front desk staff.

I was unhappy about the cost to park at the hotel as a guest. It was almost $50 per night with the taxes and fees. Not likely to stay at an Embassy Suite again. They have gone downhill in the past few years.

Overall it is a nice property and convenient 24-hour shuttle to LAX. Only downside is that you hear planes take off throughout the night.

Room key never worked for the parking garage, which was $60 a night. So I ended up spending even more by paying as I went. There was mold in the room and the bathroom. Other than that it was pretty great. They had an automated bot that delivered a room service. That was really super cool. It was probably the weakest of breakfast for any embassy suites we have ever stayed at though. They really have had room for improvement there.

The hotel location is awful, unsafe & a lot of traffic. The parking lot under the hotel is small. I'm a fan of Embassy Suites Hotels & I visited all of them in LA. This one was the most poor one Hotel I visited, the breakfast & the happy hours are very limited. During breakfast they're very disorganized, the omelet station is a disaster, expecting to received the wrong omelet. During the happy hours they only offer beers, don't make any cocktail or offer any juice, only lemonade , oh please don't even think on snack, like chips during this time, if you want something else you have to pay for it. At checkout they added LA's employees protection fee of $30 per night, never experienced this kind of fees before & i don't really understand the reason why. When I asked about the fee they don't know what to said, the guy only replied is included that's all, I asked for removed & they said is not possible. Of course they taked the money from your $300 deposit, you're forced to provide at checkinn from your credit card. They also added all other hotel & city fees, like $28 of parking per night, but they let me know at chek inn time. The LA's employees protection fee surprised me so much, they never mentioned about it at check inn, & I don't think is fair we have to pay for it. I don't enjoyed my 3 nights stay on this hotel. I didn't recommend to nobody.
