Destination charge to the room per day wasn’t mentioned up front when checking in. Guests were loud in the halls late at night which echoed into the room. Price gouging for parking. Different prices each day. One day my vehicle was a XL and the next day it wasn’t.

Old building with NO AC, room was stuffy and hot, even with a fan in the window.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff, easy in and out to the city and subway

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Times Square and is a great base to travel to different areas of New York with loads of metro connections. But that also means it is not the quietest one as there is always something going on outside. The rooms are pretty spacious, the Wi-Fi works fast and there is lovely, helpful staff at the front desk. We had an issue with the room on the first night (loud pipes) which then was sorted the next day by lovely Kezia. She was very apologetic and was absolute star and offered to move us to a different room. Since then we had absolutely no problems. She also kindly put small extras in our room which made our stay that much lovely.
