The air conditioning unit was so loud that we couldn’t leave it on and hear the television, let alone sleep while it was on. Both beds were worn and slanted toward the center of the room. This is the kind of property where guests hang out outside of their rooms and/or leave their doors open so that they can watch and interact with passersby. Very low class!! The walls were paper thin, so if any of your neighbors are loud, you are going to hear EVERYTHING. it wasn’t a problem for one night of our stay but was a major problem for the other night. Checkin and checkout were quick and efficient.

No hot water for a shower. Very clean.

Two complaints. One was they don’t offer hot water for your shower. Second I asked if there was protein for breakfast like eggs and she said yes and there wasn’t. They offer 10% off at Denny’s next-door. I suggest you take that. The place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too firm for me.

Room was clean but there was no hand or shower soap. There was a bottle of conditioner at the sink instead. I requested soaps at the front desk twice but the employee didn’t know where they were stored and I never received any. Instead I filled a cup with hand soap from the breakfast area restroom. Also, the air conditioner was very very loud and controls were partially broken. An outside spotlight shown directly into our room all night. And the room smelled sharply of chemicals.

The room was ok. But they didn't have any hot water. I heard someone complaining my first day of my 3 night stay about there being no hot water, and it still wasn't fixed when I left. This should be a priority for the management, I would think. I would not recommend staying here, horrible management.

There was one huge cockroach found and also a handful of ants in the room which I really disliked. The carpet is dark brown that tells me it needs to be shampooed and deep cleaned. It would be an improvement if they just also included hardwood floors in the bed area. I did like the fresh smell of the room and they did make up the bed neatly kept the air conditioning on in a cold temperature which was really nice. I also liked it had a fridge, microwave, an iron with board and hairdryer also. The walls are thin so heard everything next door and also above me.

Felt gross even sleeping there

So I’m usually not a critic of hotels at all and have never left a review but this place deserves one. First I have stayed at much nicer places for a fraction of the cost. Second the pictures must have been done professionally because they look 110% better than the rooms actually are. The toilet in my room would barely flush (fixed it myself so I could do my business), there was garbage behind the bed, and stains on the pillowcases and sheets. Again I have never left a review before but the fact I felt gross even sleeping in there was quite upsetting. Staff was polite enough but didn’t seem to care if you were there or not.
