My mom took a pretty good tumble on their front sidewalk on her scooter as we were first arriving. Thankfully there were 2 "angles"that appeared to help her up etc. The bellboy came out to help, but when we got inside to check in not one of your people asked if she was ok or shared any form of concern. My mom is 73 in a scooter. I was crying and visible upset but nope not one ounce of concern. The manager on duty was very unfriendly more like an a** then anything. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again.
