This was the best hotel that I have stayed at in Singapore in over 38 years, including a stay at marina bay sands. The room was huge and staff frien, helpful and professional. Will definitely be staying again

Always a great hotel, well looked after and clean! The proximity to Zorchard us fantastic and given the location it feels you are in a completely separate part of Singapore. Would recommend!

I stayed at Jen Orchardgateway and was impressed. Unfortunately, my room at the Tanglin hotel was small with poor ergonomics. For example, I had to twist my body to reach the toilet paper.

The room was very nice and had some nice features like a Toto toilet with bidet. However, there was a condom wrapper under the bed (not very far in either). And despite me telling housekeeper when I wanted the room to be made up (every other day), I still got a nag note under the door on days when I didn’t need service. Once, I even had a manager knock on my door to “check on customers who have had the DND sign on for a ‘long’ time”). This was the day after the room had been serviced the day before. But other than the somewhat intrusive service, it was generally very pleasant. The location cannot be beaten too.

The gym equipments are very motivating and complete. Pool is nice and there is a lifeguard for everyone's safety. Attendants are very kind and attentive to guest needs. Rooms are so well designed and our room w/ accessible features such as automatic door & grab bars for safety. They really pay attention to the smallest detail for your comfort & luxury for a memorable experience.Highly recommended esp away fr the noise of the city

Had a redeye flight from Dubai and arrived in Singapore in the morning and was able to get an early checkin which was very accommodating. Since we planned on using the MRT for trip, being 1 block away from Orchard Blvd station was very convenient. Hotel staff very friendly and asked how they could help. Room was very efficient on use of space and well maintained. Since it was a short stay, did not use hotel facilities - restaurants, pool etc. Adjacent to the hotel is a mall with shopping and eating establishments. When back in Singapore will stay here again.

The internet was fast , very clean room , amazing shower , comfy bed . Breakfast was amazing too . Very helpful staff . The area around the hotel was excellent, the MRT ( metro ) was a few minutes away and the Tangled Shopping mall was right next door . We can recommend the Greek restaurant there !! We would love to back one day to the hotel ❤️

Excellent stay for much needed rest en route back home. The room, bed, linen - were all so comfortable. Especially grateful for the excellent service from the staff. Suzie at front reception was brilliant and really welcomed us with warmth and made our check-in seamless and quick. The location was great too with the Botanical Gardens just a 10minute walk and the mall connected to the hotel also made it easy to pick up some essentials required without travelling anywhere. Overall really happy and highly recommend.
