Friendly and helpful staff. Good room, nice location. Breakfast not as good as we expected. Overall a great hotel.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel! The room is in smaller side, but not too cramped for a solo traveler. The amenities in the property are great and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the public bathhouse, which is a treat after a long day of walking and exploring. Their frontdesk agents were also very helpful and very much professional. I loved their breakfast buffet! The hotel is also close to the Oedo Line, which travels directly to Shinjuku and Shibuya proper (around 5-10 mins ride). It's also surrounded with a bunch of convenience stores and restaurants, which made it easy to grab late night dinner/snacks. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my stay here and would come back in my next visit.

Great hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. Luggage forwarding service in reception every morning to send your baggage on. You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku
