Shibuya winery accommodation

The room itself was very nice, great washroom with good amenities. TV was nice and could be casted to with my phone, plus had good information. The laundry service was good but could be full sometimes, or people would leave their clothes in the wash/dryer and staff would have to come clean it after a wait. The front desk staff were very nice and cleaning staff did a great job and were very attentive to our room.

Laundry on site, the hotel was clean and in a good location. Our thermostat would automatically turn off every couple of hours though so it got very hot in the room. When it would turn off it would wake us up in the middle of the night as it was very hot in the room. (26+ Celsius) The front desk wasn’t sure how to help or how to fix it and they didn’t end up helping the situation which was not ideal. Overall the stay was decent otherwise.

An extremely well maintained hotel, in a very convenient location. Just minutes to anywhere.

Cozy place, location is perfect.
