We stayed at the property for 3 nights. We were surprised by the reception as it replicated a back packer hotel, and the staff didn’t even seem like they worked there. The main problem though was the cleanliness, as we had 2 babies with us. There was dust in the room, carpet was stained and disgustinglingly, the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. I wouldn’t stay or recommended to stay there. The only good thing was breakfast.

Good Vibes

We loved this hotel. It is above a restaurant and coffee shop which was a little confusing to find at first but ended up being a nice part of its charm. There are attendants in the small lobby-like area who are very helpful but once you check in it feels like you’re own small apartment. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. This hotel is great for young travelers.

Very central good walking distance for all activities in Shibuya. Rooms are very small, we were traveling with children after a 10 hrs flight we arrived at 7am was not able to check in until 1pm even though I paid an extra $60 AUD 1pm was the earliest. Staff were lovely, however just too small if we were to return.

Such a perfect spot to stay in Shibuya! Quick and easy walk to the station, Shibuya Scramble Crossing and also Shibuya’s main shopping area, but located in a quiet street a block from the hustle and bustle. Absolutely loved our stay here. Be mindful, the rooms are tiny (I thought I’d seen small hotel rooms before, but this was the smallest) but that’s to be expected in Tokyo and all amenities of the hotel were fantastic.

Tiniest room ever

The room was tiny. Somehow even tinier that on photos. 2 adults could barely fit there. We each had a carry on suitcase and if suitcase was open it would block the hallway completely. You would have to hop over the suitcase to get to the bathroom door. The only good thing above the room was the bathroom with great pressure in the shower and beautifully smelling shampoos, conditioner and body wash. Location was good.
