I had a wonderful time in Tokyo. The hotel was very clean, no issues. The mattress was clean and comfy as well as the bathroom. You have all you need from toothbrushes to hair ties. The staff was very nice. Although the rooms are small it wasn’t as bad with two people. I would come back.

*solo traveler* this place is great quite clean and close to a train station that can take you to major spots around Tokyo and further the only warning I’d give is that the building controls the AC so if you are expecting to flip between hot and cold that’s not going to happen it all depends on what’s the weather like so if it’s hot you’ll be getting the cold setting and if it’s cold and you want it cold your best bet is to crack the window open or turn off the ac and deal with it so be warned

Room smelled of cigarettes. Front desk staff were not helpful when I complained about the room. They were also initially not helpful when I wanted to send my bags to the airport. They handed me the form to fill out and walked away.
