The location was great. We walked to Gyoen Park, kabuchido, GoldenGai, Godzilla statue and more. So many food options nearby we always had choices. There was plenty of shopping nearby too.

Good value. Like a 3.5 or 4 star.

Great location with easy access to the train station. Safe and walkable. Even though we were in the middle of things, it was still quiet in our room. Amenities were nice. Would stay again. Small rooms as expected in Tokyo.

Excellent Choice Next To Shinjuku Station

Amazing location a very short distance from Shinjuku Station -- give yourself time and exercise patience when finding the appropriate exit from the station. The hotel room was clean and free water was offered on the floor. Breakfast was great with various options available. Lots to do in the immediate area, and a convenience store is located a few feet away from the hotel entrance.

Great hotel with amenities. It has a laundry room which helped a lot. It has a water dispenser on each floor so that was also great. Staff very friendly. Nearby the station and great shopping malls.

This hotel is very close to shinjuku station and thus, convenient to go around the area and elsewhere. It is about less than 5 min walk fr the station to the hotel. The staff are courteous and the room is clean and spacious (for a city hotel!). The hotel provides hot water/ ice cubes and also the facilities to wash/dry your clothes(600yen). Although it’s in the midst of city centre, it’s quiet and we had many peaceful night sleeps. Checking in/out is easy. I would definitely come back !

Great location close to the Shinjuku station and walkable to many stores but still in a relatively low foot traffic quiet street. There's a konbini next door for those late night last minute snacks. The room was quite spacious in my opinion, I've been in smaller places in the same area. It was also clean, kudos to the hardworking cleaning staff. They also have delicious breakfast with a mix of Japanese and western cuisine. I want to give a shout out to Mamiko at the front desk, she was attentive, polite and very helpful! We were worried about travelling with our large luggage and she helped us with a luggage delivery service to ship it to our next hotel, even calling our Kyoto hotel to ask them to hold it for us. I went from stressed to relaxed, I appreciate her and all the rest of the employees, they were always greeting us and eager to help

Great service. Very friendly and helpful. They made easy arrangements for us to send our suitcases via Yamato to our next destination in Osaka. The room was very clean. A bit on the small side but did the trick for our 3 nights. Overall, enjoyed our stay and got everything that we needed
