Location cannot be beat. Room was very comfortable for 2 people with all amenities provided. Staff were excellent and breakfast was really good with both local and international options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tiny room for the price but then again this is shinjuku, tokyo. It was tight. The staff were perfunctory at best except for 1 person. Breakfast was varied and substantial but Japanese based not so much western (but I like and ate Japanese version to my heart’s content). It was good to have a washing machine & dryer although very small loads and no instructions! Location was the best part near the station, but next time I will stay in Ginza Solaria or the Mitsui Garden for a better value for money.

The front desk people are friendly and helpful. The room was small and the bed was moderately comfortable. I was disappointed there was no gym and the off-site private option offered at the front desk is ridiculously expensive. The location is great.

We went with a tour and they booked us at this hotel so that was how we came to know this hotel. We were traveling to several cities but need to come back to Tokyo for 1 night before flying home plus we need to leave our bigger suitcases here while we moved around by train, for convenience. We like the hotel because of convenience, near shopping and Shinjuku station. Pricey compared with other hotels in Osaka, Kyoto ext.

We stayed at JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku while we were in Tokyo. Hotel location is super convenient - Shinjuku station is walking distance, and there is a Lawson & Family Mart by the hotel. Staff were super helpful during check in & check out. Room itself was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Nice breakfast. Basic room.

Entrance, Lobby and breakfast area are very nice, but room is very small and basic. A little pricey for the room design. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast food selections.
