There was so little parking that it should not be included as available. The only option is to pay a 3rd party via a really bad app, when many international tourists don’t have access. It’s too late once yourve booked and committed online

Property was clean and quiet and we could walk to some nice restaurants. The parking was an issue, the rooms were a bit small and the windows needed to be designed better for visability. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Spacious rooms. I think this location needs a car. It’s close to the remarkables shopping center which has a few dining options. The units have a view of the remarkables mountain range which is quite something.

Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel is convenient for all local activities. The only improvement would be a better parking area. There is insufficient free parking causing some guests to pay when others don’t.

New property and overall quite nice. Issues: no small lamps in room, so there are multiple ceiling lights that glare on you, and don’t provide individual lighting for sleep/reading. Soap in shower is combo shampoo and body soap , but not clearly labeled. Also, bathroom is super small so only one person has room. Very weird, since the full room overall is large enough for two. Finally NO chairs in the room! Sit on the bed to relax I guess….

There were insufficient parking spot in front of the hotel so if you are not lucky? then you will need to park paid parking area. Except that the view from the hotel gate at the sunset time was amazing.

Amazing views from room however thats it

Check in was "interesting". There was 3 people at reception but they seemed to be busy doing something and we had to wait a while to be served. Once we had checked in and went to the room (we were told one of the rooms was still getting cleaned), we found that the rooms wasn't ready (mind you this was around 4.30pm) and didn't have 2 x single beds (although we had requested for it and even confirmed by messages). In the end they moved us to a different floor and rooms. One of the room doors had to be forced closed each time as it seemed to be a bit broken. Dishes were still in the dishwasher when we got into the room as well. We came back on day 3 (of a 4 day booking) and our key card didn't work. Went to reception and they thought we only had a 3 day booking so had checked us out. How that could happen is beyond me as we stay in hotels quite often and this is the first time we have experienced this.Parking is limited but there's paid parking available ($10 per day). Views from the room is amazing though (if you have booked a mountain view room). Cleaners and reception needs some work to ensure that their guest are looked after.
