On arrival bathroom was not cleaned well. Dust everwhere, soap /shampoo containers covered in spilled out product. Bathroom door was filthy, had to wipe it down myself. The bedding was fine along with the rest of the room. Room had alot of wear and tear but not too bad.

No Parking! Parking consists of an unlit dirt field 2 blocks away. Watch out on rainy days. It’s a mess. Rooms are comfortable and clean. View from our room was spectacular.

Great place to stay, ideal for the area. Downside is not enough parking. If you don’t get a space by early evening then you have to pay for parking at the back of the hotel. Shame

Nice hotel, not guaranteed parking.

The hotel is nice, the amenities are nice, the washer and dryer in the room is really nice! The only downfall is if you get there late there is no parking, 95% of the parking lot is reserved for permanent residence. So,if you're not lucky, you have to park up the street and pay $10. That should be disclosed!

We enjoyed the location, except for the lack of parking spaces. The rooms were good, but the coffee bags provided should probably be at least two for a room for two. It was a quick five minute walk to the Kawarau River track which is great.

This hotel was phenomenal. Literally the only thing I could say that is slightly negative would be that parking is limited, but I never had an issue. The check in staff was friendly, the room was clean, the shower had great water pressure, the AC worked effectively, it was quiet, the curtains were black out curtains, bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy. The location was really nice too because it wasn’t right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city, but it was right on the outskirts, next to the mountains. There’s literally a beautiful hiking trail right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very modern, the room was comfortable and spacious. The parking situation was not ideal. The hotel only has 20 ish parking spaces meaning most guests end up having to pay for parking after already paying a premium for a room. Pretty poor experience considering how far away the hotel is from the town centre.

The property was nice and new, close proximity to the airport and good value for the money compared to other properties. The major drawback for this property was the limited amount of parking space. If you arrived later in the evening say after 8:00 pm there is nowhere to park. The paid parking that is available is not conveniently located.

This is a nice new hotel, close to airport, about 20 minutes from down town. Everthing is great except there is not enough parking. Many guest have to fight over a few available parking spots or pay for parking at near by parking lot. Hotel has rented out most of its parking leaving guests out of luck.
