Our family of 4 had a wonderful few days in Queenstown! Our garden apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and we loved how it was serviced daily. The staff are really friendly. Can't beat the location with a short walk along the lake to the centre of town. One of our beds consisted or two king singles pushed together and it wasn't very comfortable. We used the small carpark area once then parked for free out on the street. One other tiny complaint, the bathroom tap was hard to turn on and you had to be careful not to get splashed as you forcefully lifted the handle. We would definitely stay at Peppers again.

Had to pay an unexpected fee for parking in a crammed underground parking area. Apart from appartment front door/ windows, no other windows in the bedrooms and although two seperate bedrooms, only one bathroom.

We loved our stay in Queenstown . The hotel was in a great location, clean, staff was friendly. My only complaint as we left was our room needs a new bed. It was two twins put together and had a difference in height and was lumpy. The worst bed we have ever slept in and we travel a lot. The pillows were horrible too. I did let the front desk know the owners needed to make a change in that room. The other couple we were with said theirs was great. Thank you

The bathroom had poor lighting, my husband found it very hard to see what he was doing when shaving. there was pee on the toilet seat when we arrived, when using the shower the water flooded the floor onto the carpet area. the coffee machine leaked water from inside somewhere.

We had a sensational stay in Queenstown! What a fabulous city. As we have two children an apartment was ideal for us as they are fussy eaters! The apartment is super spacious and has stunning views over the lake as well as being a short walk to town around 2-5 minutes. Now to the hotel, beautiful Lana on the front desk was so lovely and kind. The apartments are old and a lot of things need upgrading and replacing such as the mattresses that are sagging. However she did try to move us but ultimately we chose to stay as the hotel was full. It’s hard when each apartment has individual owners as some may be more open to maintaining and upgrading whereas other owners want to do the bear minimum so I really empathise with the varied standard levels between the apartments. Also it said on our booking there was a sauna and hot tub which there is not, so if management can audit these details that would be good 😊 It looks like the Rydges is getting a renovation so we might try there next time or maybe stay in Arrowtown which is so charming. I look forward to returning to stunning Queenstown again.
