Terrible experience! The room constantly feels damp and smells, the floors feel almost sticky/slimey. The bed is the absolute worst, 2 single beds that are different heights stuck together to create one double bed but still have a slight gap in the middle. Mattresses are stained, stiff and old. Better off sleeping on the floor, one night of sleep on that bed had us waking up aged 70 years and in agony! Some staff were rude and not helpful with the situation, managed to get one mattress topper that fit half of the bed and barely made a difference, asked for a second however there were none available. Overall room is somewhat outdated and bed most definitely needs an upgrade from the Prehistoric era. Balcony and view was the best part of the stay here, photos of the room are outdated. 100% do not recommend, management isn’t overly helpful either. Free coffee and wine isn’t going to make up for walking out of here in a full body cast and multiple massage and chiropractor appointments we’re going to need just from 2 nights.
