From the street to inside the place is well laid out. Staff accommodated our baggage storage well before check in. Our rooms were also very comfortable, ultra clean and homely feel. Grateful for the upgrade. Great central location. Black out curtains and a quiet safe space. Thank you for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning to the beautiful restored new york style Chamberson.

the property was in very good condition and well appointed. The young lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We could not have asked for a better host. I think this is the best hotel in Dunedin I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Dunedin

Do not stay here

We were surprised that our room had no windows. Also most importantly we had very significant damage to our vehicle at the entrance to this car park. We will be lodging a dispute tribunal. The owners of this business did not respond and have had responsibility. Very poor.
