Wonderful property. Great location. Lovely customer service from Shay on arrival. Great staff all around. Great breakfast. Our daughter loved the kids club facilities and movie night program. Would stay again.

Can't wait to come back here, apart from the gorgeous view and funky bathroom we arrived late and hungry and could order pizza 24 hours! Gluten free and vegetarian, it was delicious. Walked into town every day (and night) and bus pick up for our Milford sound day was right outside.... amazing place.

Basic, small room with modern bathroom, clean, no mini bar, phone didn't work. The QR codes in the room and restaurant area did not work. Customer service is hit and miss, some staff were nice, others rude and dismissive. I won't stay there again after the way i was treated by one of the male staff members who was incredibly rude and condescending to me on my last day. The staff in this establishment are only seasonal workers with no hospitality training or idea of customer service.

Says parking available but when we went they said they only have 35 car park spots and all were booked out during our stay. Had to park on to the street. Booked a family room 2 adults, 2 kids and they only ever gave us 2 towels. Had to keep calling everyday for more towels. Bedsheets were clean but wrinkled clumps which kids did not like. Room service gave us other peoples used toilet rolls on our last day both in the toilet roll holder and in the spare one.
