Our stay was okay overall – the apartment covered the basics and was fine for a simple, no-frills visit. However, there were a few cleanliness issues that let it down. We noticed some marks on the towels and pillowcases, and there may have been fleas or something similar in the beds as we left with some itchy bites If you're just after somewhere to sleep and aren’t too fussed about the details, it does the job – but don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.

The rooms are a bit outdated but large enough for two adults and two children. Well located, five minutes walk to Queenstown Garden and city centre. Free parking at a first in first served type of way but they have lots of parking spots available. Staff was very friendly and helpful The only downside was the noise of some very inconsiderate guests (not the hotel’s fault but I’m pointing it out as the walls are thin and if your room is next to some noise guests, expect no sleeping for your entire stay) Other than that, the hotel is quite nice

A fabulous comfortable room with amazing view. The most comfortable warm bed. Great verandah to enjoy a meal and drink overlooking the Remarkables. A clean spacious bathroom.

We had a very nice stay here. Nothing fancy but everything was clean, rooms spacious and kitchen was well equipped and the walk into city centre was about 10 mins.
