I had an amazing stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise in Playa del Carmen! The resort was beautiful, with clean, spacious rooms and a variety of pools and restaurants to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the. There were plenty of activities and entertainment options, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

The experience was amazing.

The 2 , 4 star ratings are due to the beach , it was covered in sea weeds and smelled like dead fish,apparently this only happens certain times. The other is for hallways, dirty mostly from the coatimundi. We were in building 1 which is as far as you can get from main bar, food and evening entertainment. But close to main pool.

It was amazing! I had a great time. The grounds are beautiful, and staff is amazing! My daughter got married at the resort. Everything was great. I would love to go back and experience more time. This place is beautiful

This was our 3rd visit, we love this hotel, the location, beach, pools, food and people. The rooms are good (some sound issues due to the echoes); but still good; The food is well done; the drinks are good; the service and people who clean, make food are all friendly and super helpful! I used laundry service and they were awesome! The amount of room and activities to do is great, never bored and will definitely try to make it back again!! Wifi works everywhere. As Canadians I did notice how all items sold the Mexican dollar matched US dollars on all items and things were quite pricey for us.
