It was pretty nice. Room was clean and the bed was great. The gym was decent but extremely warm. With 15 ppl working out in there it was stifling. I asked everyday for 4 days if they would cool it down or bring a fan in. Every day they said they would but nothing changed. It would have been so easy to bring a fan to at minimum circulate the hot air of 15 ppl running biking and lifting weights. I would have preferred if the staff just told the truth and said no we are not going to do a darn thing. Deal with it! Instead of gaslighting the whole time.

First time at this location. I was very disappointed that I did not stay longer. Location was easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My villa was clean and equipped with all needed. Will definitely stay again!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and onsite restaurant options were good. The 4 star rating is because all amenities (outside of pool) were located at the front building- so we had to make our way back up to the front quite a bit. Room service/ food delivery or vending machines throughout the buildings would be nice.

We booked for three families to go from Canada (5 rooms in total) and chose this hotel because of the water slides (there are two slides advertised on the website). On arrival they informed us one was closed for renovation and the other one was closed except for weekends. We are here for five nights and of course Monday through Friday. I spoke to the manager and mentioned how disappointed our children were (5 kids from three families) as this was going to be a highlight. She was dismissive and condescending and said sorry I wasn’t aware. I asked if this information was on the website and she said no. I asked if there were any partner hotels that had pool entertainment for kids that they could offer options to go to instead and she said no. She also said they weren’t able to offer anything as compensation and didn’t feel they needed to let their guests know prior to booking. When I told her how disappointed we were she kept interrupting that in the summer the hours are different. I said it would be great if that was communicated and asked her to stop interrupting to tell me summer hours and she replied that I wasn’t listening to her. On another note we recently booked at another hotel (in another city) and after booking we received email communication letting us know of their pool Reno. They then offered reciprocal hotels with similar services while they did the renovation. We appreciated the communication to adjust any expectations from the website information.

The room was a bit run down with frayed carpet and electric blinds that didn't work. We were also put in a wheelchair access room without our consent, and the lack of counter space was very inconvenient. Also, getting to the fitness center was difficult due to lack of signage and construction work. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful.
