We booked an assesable room with what looked ike a sofa. We were put in a normal room with a chair and a phone that didnt work. Went back down to desk given another non assessable room with a slightly bigger rounded couch and a toilet so low it was difficult getting down and up from and a very uncomfortable toilet seat. Shower had some dirt in one corner as well.

I purchased a King Bed and got a Full. My room was not made up at all on Saturday. When I left the hotel togo to a function at 4 pm, I asked the front desk if someone could make up my room #338. When I returned from ym function at around 6:45 pm, my room still was not made up. I called the front desk and told them that my room was not made up and that I also purchased a King bed but got a full and that my bathroom sink was also cracked. The person at the front desk could only say "I'm sorry". I asked if someone could bring up 3 towels to ym room so I could shower. Nobody breought towles and I had to walk down to the front desk and tell the same gentleman that nobody brought my towels. Another person he was talking with said I'm bad, I brought them to #238. I have never had an issue with a Marriott property, ever. Was very disappointed.....
