Model perfect home in the exclusive private gated golf community of Avondale. 24 hour manned gated community. Pool service twice a week and gardener weekly included. Terrific location, with easy access to everything Coachella Valley offers!!

Property features a large great room with gas fireplace. Gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar and upgraded appliances. Dining area seats eight. This home is perfect for entertaining.

It also includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite with king bed overlooks pool and has a glass sliding door for access to hot tub and pool. Television with cable in master bedroom. The large master bath features a soaking tub, separate shower, and extra large walk in closet. There are two additional bedrooms. One with a queen bed and full bathroom across hall. Third bedroom has a private entrance to outside courtyard with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Television and cable also in third bedroom.
