This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. So many complaints and will be asking for a refund. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. No staff when we arrived to check in and had to wait. Took a copy of my driving licence which I’ll be asking for when I book out. Bathroom was a closet with no ventilation, no shower mat, shower head covered in limescale , a nasty shower curtain, no light in shower so showered in the dark, beds were tiny and one was a put up bed, bedding was a sheet and blanket with one very flat pillow, room was like a sauna and the bathroom was even worse, tv had one channel which was the London news, unable to open the window more than a few inches to let air in so also a fire hazard, no phone to contact staff or complain, very very noisy-could hear phone notifications from the room upstairs and also people walking around until 2am, broken socket so unable to use and there were only other sockets on the tiny area for tea/coffee mixed with vanity area, one small side table so nowhere to place your items other than on the floor, just an awful place which ruined a nice visit to London for an event.
