For a so called 4 star hotel it was not up to two star standard
The hotel needs a serious inspection and investment if it was too be a 4 star hotel so many things that where broken or not fit for service
The receptionist who booked us in on friday was polite until we informed her what was wrong with our room she became very arrogant
I was not complaining but informing her what was wrong with our room so that i would not be billed for any damage after our stay she did not make any note of the information
It is not a hotel i will be using again even though the location was perfect for our stay
The property and room was superb. The staff were extremely understanding very kind generous and campassionate. Had a slight issue with the heating particularly for a large room. The kindness of the people and privacy made it all that exceptional. Would highly recommend it.

Nice little hotel could do with a few touch ups . Our room was noisy in the morning as staff where up and about moving things in the hall way out side our door and talking
Amazing hotel. When you stay here you feel like you are living in a luxury flat in London. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bed and the bathroom are fantastic and the front desk people are very kind. Also a great price. This is the second time I’ve stayed and I’ll definitely be back for another.
This was a nice place to stay. Very close to Earl's Court Tube station. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate and good. Room was clean but very small for the price.
This was your typical terrace house hotel so be prepared for it to be tiny. We had two big suitcases and cabin baggage and it was a stretch. Having said that - it is what it is and it was beautiful. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and strong. The service was lovely and there was a range of breakfasts offered apart from the continental that came with the booking. the location was excellent with Earls court station a 5 min walk. We loved our stay.
Lovely staff , very clean , quiet area but no double glazing so you do get noise from outside, room was small but this is pretty normal for a London hotel , included buffet breakfast was welcome . Not very varied but fresh and plentiful. Easy walk from Earls court tube .
Hôtel is very convenient to Earl’s Court station and hotel staff couldn’t be any nicer! This was our third time staying at Twenty Nevern Square and we will continue to stay every time we travel to London!!
Flat/Room was clean.
Was taken nextdoor for our room.
Toilet was separate from the actual shower and the toilet cubby was not big enough for any person to even turn your body. You had to open the door to even move from toilet to wash your hands and in a small sink that did not have any warm water for the whole first day. The room was a two twin room that had must have been an outside patio before because it had an glass ceiling and all 4 walls were glass windows which we had to keep curtains closed with our belongings holding them shut keeping the cold wind out. We had to keep the heat up in the 80° for the heat to keep up with the cold breeze.
Staff was great except for after hours, having to drop the room keys off every time we left the property multiple times a day. That is 3 keys to open 3 doors and locking them behind us. Great continental breakfast. Very thin walls. Close to transportation.
