The location of the hotel is excellent. A few steps from Paddington train/tube and buses. The hotel itself is easy to find and have very welcoming and courteous staff. They provided local info including eating options and laundry facilities. The room was immaculate in presentation and cleanliness, with rooms serviced each day. I highly recomend and believe its best value for money. Thanks to Mehd, Hakeem, Alex & Sandeep for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location for main line and connections into London. The staff at check-in - Hakeem - and throughout my stay couldn't do enough for me - even carrying my bags onto the pavement at checkout. My bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and everywhere was spotlessly clean, despite the slightly outdated decor. This little hotel represented excellent value for money and there are plenty of places locally to have breakfast.

We had a pleasant one night stay, we picked the hotel because of its proximity to Paddington station and the Heathrow express, very convenient. The staff is very helpful and offered excellent recommendations, the surrounding area is nice and have many options for food, drink or just walk around. Would stay again.

Room in every corner needs painting or a deep clean. The tube runs directly under the hotel, and is very loud during the night. The reception staff are incredible and very welcoming. They made the stay so much better.

The lady that checked us in was very difficult ( 8 pm ish on Sunday night) and condescending!! She asked for ID ( mine as I booked the room) but I didn't have it. She said the emails asked for it but I checked and the 2 emails received made no mention of this.After 40 mins she accepted my bank card ( but would take my husbands ID who was with me. We also booked a superior double, the room given to us G23 was very small, the shower the size of a cupboard, and in a bad state of repair, skirting boards grubby and very dusty, curtains too short and room very hot and noisy from the trains ( no mention on website about this as i would have asked for a room higher up) TV didn't work properly! when mentioned to said lady she said trains will stop past 11pm and she couldnt help with the TV!! or change our room. Basically very un helpful all round.I felt we had been fobbed off with the room!!

The hotel has two strong points: its excellent location and the exceptionally friendly staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was among the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It was a tiny space tucked under the stairs, and the bathroom felt more like a cupboard — the shower was so cramped it was hard to turn around, and the hot water was unreliable. To make matters worse, a tube line ran directly beneath the room, causing almost constant rumbling and rattling throughout the night. Despite the wonderful staff, I won’t be returning.

Location: The location is perfect for users of public transportation as it is right by Paddington Station. My room was on the top floor (4th) which is only accessible by stairs. It was fine for me but would be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room was smaller than I expected but that's on me. Next time, I would pay more for something bigger. However that wasn't an issue as I was only in the room to sleep and shower. Staff: Medhi was/is absolutely amazing at his job. He is very friendly, knows the city and can tell you where to go, how to get there, can recommend great places to eat or visit. Give that man a raise! The only other interaction I had was with one of the housekeepers and she was also very attentive and friendly. Wifi: Great service / connectivity Overall I would recommend this spot for people going to London to explore and not spend your whole time in the hotel. I would consider staying again if I return to London :-)

We stayed in a superior double overlooking the front of the property. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows. The shower was perfect and the towels were of a very good quality. There were tea making facilities and a safe. Hakeem, Alex and Mehdi were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Customer service was amazing. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again and would definitely recommend it. It’s just around the corner from Paddington Station, perfect location!

Booked a single room for a one-night stay and it was a really good experience. Room was on the 4th floor and was compact but had everything I needed. There is no lift but I only had a small overnight bag so this wasn’t a problem for me. Immaculately clean and well decorated with a small, modern en-suite shower room. Staff were very friendly upon checking in. Only one small negative - the aircon in the room was switched off for the winter and it was very hot in the room and noisy with the window open
