Everything about this place was perfect! The hotel staff at front desk were so so sweet! Alex was very funny and helpful when we checked-in, despite how tired we were. Pooja was also so sweet to us - they all felt like friends. Room was spotless, location is right next to Paddington station, loved the area. Only thing is that the washroom was tiny! also lots of stairs to go up to our room since we were on the 4th floor so just a heads up for those that would want to avoid stairs.

We met Alex on our arrival and were immediately impressed with his respectful, helpful attitude. He remained professional throughout our stay. The room was clean, adequately resourced but claustrophobically small. It may suffice as an overnighter and for a single client. The bathroom is admirably clean but again suffocatingly small. I would not recommend the room I stayed in to a person weighing more than 80kilos and taller than 1.8 metres.

I was placed in a basement room which was right above the underground, and with trains coming past every couple of minutes, it was a really unsettled night and not ideal for a business stay.

The hotel is well located close to the Paddington Station. It is so close you can faintly here the Tube coming and going. The staff was very helpful including carrying my luggage to my room on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. The room was tiny but very clean, and the cost was reasonable. I did not have any hot water in the morning around 8:45 am to take a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, I would stay again.

The hotel is in a good location, just minutes away from Paddington train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, with suggestions of what to see and do in London and where to eat. The only slight niggle I had was the size of the room and ensuite, they are rather small, but saying that, for the price can't really complain. For a short London stay it was great.

The room I booked was very small which I was aware of. The size of the room wasn’t a problem; There was no heat! I’m not sure if that was something that was listed on the site before I booked it and didn’t pay attention? I thought that was something that all hotels are required to have? The staff support was great in that they handed me a space heater but only after I asked. The space heater helped a bit but the room was already small so that took up a little amount of space that I had. The refrigerator was not working until I told them that it wasn’t it took a total of two visits for it to actually get cold. Thank God it wasn’t that cold. Just to give you guys an idea of how small the room was, I am 5’4” my BMI is within normal range. I had to shimmy out of the shower also you will not be able to sit on the toilet without the door open. I gave the stay two stars because they were nice to me and it’s super close to train station. However, I do think the room was neglected because there is no way you have a room with no heat. I’m sure this room is not booked frequently because there’s just no way. I would like to be compensated.

A modest little hotel but in a fantastic location (super close to Paddington station) and our room had a lovely view over the little green square. The staff were all super friendly and helpful!

The checkin guy did not offer to help with bags, when it was a very small staircase and the room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Though during the checkout there was another guy, who did help me with my bag. They do not provide any vanity kit, and every time you go up to your room, you would regret your decision to book this property. Stay Away. Also the rooms are smaller than a bathroom, and then in the bathroom, if you stand, you can't even close the door.
