Everything about our stay at Tudor Court Hotel was perfect. A lovely place in Paddington! Professional, very courteous staff, clean and well serviced rooms. We initially were 3 travelling companions, then became 5 so we had to adjust our reservation and booking dates. The only problem we encountered was that we booked it through Expedia. As our travel plans changed slightly, we cancelled our initial reservation and then booked another. As I result I have been charged twice for a portion of our stay. Previous attempts to resolve this through Expedia have had no results They seem to be completely unconcerned about customer service, and charging twice for a single booking seems to be a routine procedure. Should anyone at Expedia actually read this, I look forward to speaking to one of your representatives personally. If Expedia representatives do not reply, I shall certainly attempt to reach out to them again, and actually speak to someone who is not in a chat room and assisted by AI. Aside from booking through Expedia, everything at The Tudor Court Hotel is fantastic!

No elevators but the staff will carry bags to your room. Room especially bathroom was very small; likely not comfortable for tall, large people. A/C is provided but it will cost £10 per day. Body soap only no shampoo/conditioner. A small kettle is available to make a cup of tea. A small fridge is also available. No breakfast is available, but there’s plenty of places nearby. This location is a tourist-friendly.

A Friendly Place

It's a perfect in-transit hotel. I came from Heathrow via Paddington. It was easy to get to Bristol the next day. A typical hotel in this area, but comfortable and easy to find. A good price. I cannot speak too highly of the staff who are warm and friendly and happy to help.

Although our stay was short, Tudor Court Hotel is an easy walk from Paddington Station. We were greeted by Hassan who went out of his way to ensure we felt at home. He provided us with several dining options and when we had to fly home the next day, he stored our luggage so we could take in some sightseeing. Our stay was delightful. I highly recommend a stay.

Friendly, clean, comfortable & great location.

They were very accommodating to my husbands knee issues and put us on the lowest floor, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful with instructions and recommendations about the area. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small. The beds were comfortable (except I would have appreciated the standard 2 bed pillows). But quite sufficient for our visit to London. The location to the buses and tube were a few minutes away. Lots of food options too. I would stay here again... but ask for 2 more pillows.

Superior service, helpful, and friendly. Rooms are small, but the service makes up for it. Around the corner is lots of places to eat. And several different Hop On-Hop Off Boxes.

We loved this hotel! You are five minutes from Paddington Station - that is the win/win for sure. Additionally, the staff were so kind and helpful, specifically Mehdi. Oh and they have air conditioning - GAME CHANGER. I also loved how each floor had a hall bathroom that could be used. The only negative - the rooms are tiny. As in, BEYOND TINY. We didn't have room to turn around, especially with two suitcases and two backpacks, shopping, etc. Whew...we made it but it was tight. Anyone over 200 pounds or over 6 feet tall would truly have a difficult time fitting in the showers. Nonetheless, I would stay here again for sure! Such a great value for London in a great neighborhood!

Had to pay for air conditioning but the real kicker was we needed to walk up 77 steps to get to our 4 th fl room ! And when we checked out I didn’t bring down the air conditioning remote and was forced to once again walk up 77 steps to bring it down !

Hotel is very close to Paddington Station which makes it very convenient for accessing other parts of the city and Heathrow. The hotel itself was quaint and the room adequate. More towel hooks or shelves in the bathroom would have been nice, we ended up having to keep the towels in the room instead the bathroom. Overall a cute hotel with very helpful front desk staff. Would definitely stay again.
