The rooms are VERY small, and the bathroom is not even sufficient for adults to use. The water temperature was either cold or scalding hot. The breakfast is below average, not much to offer. The beds were not comfortable but the rooms were clean. Very kind staff, AWESOME location to the Earl’s Court train station which can take you anywhere. Located in a nice neighborhood.

The proximity to the train station made it very easy to travel anywhere. The staff are very friendly. My room was serviced everyday as well. I will stay again in my next trip as well

Convenient stay for Olympia exhibitions

Really friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Close to tube station , food shops and bars. Breakfast ok but terrible coffee! Able to store bags for us after checking out, as we were going out for the day, which I thought was very kind. Would return!

Clean, comfortable and good location

Conveniently located literally 4 minute walk from Earl's Court Tube Station. Room was smallish (expected from description) but it was clean and comfortable. Could do with a couple of hooks for coats. Window had been left opened and so room was very cold when I entered but it quickly warmed up. Continental breakfast was included and was excellent with coffee from a machine, fresh fruit salad, boiled eggs, cereals as well as the usual selection of meats, cheese and pastries.

Very close to underground and a few good Rester aunts too. Not the best part of town if you want to be close to all of the great sites. Underground goes there but is inconvenient. Side walks dirty, homelessness, busy streets and lots of traffic.

Staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were extremely cramped, but that is to be expected in London. Overall the helpfulness and curtesy of staff made our stay most enjoyable.

This hotel is an absolute gem. So close to Earls Court. Friendly staff and a good breakfast to start the day. If you like a great value, safe hotel with no unnecessary stuff like pools etc this is the place to be. Like all London hotels the rooms are small but don’t be put off- this is a magnificent hotel!
