I travel the world and had my worst check-in experience here. Total incomprehension of payment system. It made the stay difficult. It was sorted on check-out when senior manager available. The room was excellent, large clean, beautifully equipped. Good bar with excellent choice of food - service a little slow. Breakfast buffet good - needs coffee sorted Stunning location.

Fantastic room, clean, efficient and nicely laid out. Wonderful view of the Tower. Very good value for money. I’ve been staying in a hotel nearby, paying alot more but using Blue Orchid for my coaching business. I definitely will be staying here again.
