The room was spacious and clean, but the windows wouldn’t open and staff told us that they cannot do anything about it. Moreover, there was no direct access to the 8th floor where our room was, we had to go up to the 7th floor through the elevator and walk the stairs to the 8th floor every time, which was not convenient.

This is a great hotel, in a fabulous location, the staff also really help make it as they are all so helpful and friendly, but only one request is you review the pillows you use, they are a disappointment and not in keeping with the rest of your hotel

Had an amazing experience. It was my husband and I anniversary and they upgraded our room. The hotel was 10/10 and a nice restaurant and bar on the inside. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beautiful view of the tower bridge.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The concierge service is excellent. Food is really good. The Underground tube station is literally steps away. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs, as well as Nice hotel . Highly recommend. Would gladly stay here again should we get back to London.
