Location is the best for tourist! You are right next to china town, two squares and a 10 minute walk to covent market! Choice of two subway entrances. I would recommend the suite bc the regular queen size rooms are small. Suite bed is great, rain shower and robes. Pull out was comfortable. There is a restaurant on property. They need free drip coffee in the lobby. If you arrive early from a flight please book the night before you arrive so you can go straight to your room. You will have to wait till 4:00 if not. I had to book resortforaday.com to get some sleep until my room was ready. Very safe and quiet. Went with myself and two teens.

Most of the staff was great. One gentleman asked us to not bring in outside food. We picked up some croissants and decided to eat in the lobby area while we planned our. No one else seemed to mind.

This hotel was in the perfect location. Central to many things, and very easy to get anywhere quickly. It was very clean, had large rooms, and friendly staff. We will stay here again.

This is a great budget friendly hotel in a wonderful location just around the corner from Trafalgar Square. The buffet breakfast was very good, the staff were all excellent, and the rooms were comfy. Though, our bathroom needed a fresh remodel. The hotel is older, but very clean. I would recommend this hotel.

It was OK. Road works made taxi access a problem. The hotel is hardly boutique, the top scale of shabby. In the lobby/bar area you can only access toilets by key from a member of staff. Makes you wonder…. Was told we had a room with walk in shower when we arrived too early too early to go to room. When we did go, after 11. It was definitely not. Had to miss shower as unable to leap in and out of bath. Wouldn’t choose again although it was convenient for the theatre.
