Very convenient hotel, took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Tottenham Court Road then a short flat walk to the hotel. Very friendly staff and would stay here again. Would have like a drink in the bar after our river cruise but the bar was closed. Overall a great experience.

Had a lovely stay for 1 night. Reasonable upgrade to a suite and made the full use of the minibar included. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was really quiet which was great after a busy day! Staff were friendly and helpful. conveniently located and would stay again.

Convenient by bus from Victoria. A bit over-priced. Quiet room. No separate container for rubbish vs recyclables in room. Was promised a voucher of £7 for not having room cleaned but not user-friendly system - did not receive it. Good breakfast selection.

£240 for a room that was then ‘upgraded’ to a prison room with dirty whitewashed walls, lumpy stained carpets and cracked windows that made the wind howl through them all night. The bathroom was the same story, with a dirty bath and broken flush on toilet

Initial mix up of hotels. We tried checking in at Thistle Bloomsbury. Thistle Holborn Bloomsbury Way was our actual hotel, 8 min walk away. Similar sounding names caused confusion. Definitely recommend Thistle HOLBORN. Staff excellent. Location excellent. Comfort factor excellent

I've stayed here twice now on business, and it definitely does the trick. Great access to two different tube stations and lines, walkable to much of what I needed, and some nice restaurants. The rooms have a bit of wear and tear (worn carpet, faint stains on the ceilings and walls from windows being open), and occasionally room service trays and other minor detritus are left for over 24 hours in the halls; but overall you know it's a safe and sufficient spot for rest and recharge.
