This is a family run property of 12 or 15 rooms. A cooked breakfast was provided that was very good. The staff were very friendly and provided advice on transportation and nearby restaurants. The bathroom was very modern, conveniently arranged, and clean. Our room had a loveseat, desk and chair, wardrobe and bed. The room was big enough for us to open our large suitcases. It is located an easy walk to Victoria Station. The hotel does have an elevator although there may still be some short flights of steps involved.

Lovely property, huge modern bathroom and generous breakfast. The location was excellent - 10 minutes to Victoria station, about 15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, about 20 minutes walk to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Westminster. The staff were very accomodating.

Outstanding experience!!

This hotel is delightful and is in a terrific location, only a half mile from Victoria Station with wonderful dining options nearby. The “king” bed is really a queen, and the bathroom was very narrow. I was fine, but my larger traveling companions found it challenging. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and the staff is exceptional. Be sure to stay here if you can!

Perfect location. Short walking distance to restaurants, pubs and Victoria Station. The owners are hands on and very friendly. Highly recommend you stay there!!

Excellent customer service from the staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Location is perfect for transport, dining etc The only let down was the shower in my room was not clean and housekeeping did not give me a clean cup or replenish the tea tray. Overall I would stay there again.

The property was absolutely amazing! just a few highlights: - customer service was impeccable - hotel building itself has true British character - hotel is very quiet - the complimentary breakfast choices are amazing - the owners and the overall hotel staff are very helpful - it is very easy to walk to multiple transportation options as well as historic landmarks (like Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc)

A gem - will stay again!

I rarely write a review but this hotel deserves one! A family run gem with attention to detail. All staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is of an excellent quality. We could not fault it and will be returning.
