Complimentary ‘bottled’ water in the room had limescale around the neck and was not sealed, so I guess it was refilled with tap water. Photo of Superior room on website did NOT match the room we were given, again very misleading. Hotel location and breakfast were both fine.

The property as advertised is a "stones throw" from Euston station. The property is clean and the staff helpful. However, to get to the room it seems you are in a labyrynth (climbing up, down through stairs to get to your room. From a value for money perspective, its not a great value. But overall clean property, clean room.

It is in a great location for Station & subway but it is very noisy when trying to sleep. I didn’t like glass wall in toilet as light disturbs other people , also green light outside was shining under curtains into room . Staff were friendly and room was clean .

Great stay - very accommodating

good stay, asked for a quiet room - did not originally get one, however went to reception and they sorted this straight away. Also the room i stayed in did not have a fridge, however they were happy to hold my items in the fridge until i needed them.

The hotel is conveniently located near Euston train station and easily accessible to underground Euston Station. The room is roomy and clean. The staffs are kind and informational.

A comfortable and conveniently located property very close to Euston station the ambience is marred by the ongoing work around HS2 and the constant noise from the tube line beneath: both these are beyond the property's control. The staff are friendly helpful. Rooms clean and well-appointed.

Poor, and still tired

Far too noisey and light pollution for a quality nights sleep. Disappointing and will not be staying here again.
