This property was clean and rooms large; excellent AC in the rooms; no restaurant or gym and very small reception area. The location was ok and easy to get around covent garden and theater areas, although there was a high profile mugging in the area while we were there, and it didn’t always feel safe. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. We had a miscommunication about gym passes, please note these are not free and you will be charged. This was the only negative part of our experience, as it was not communicated until checkout that this was an extra fee.

Perfect location right in the heart of Covent Garden. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and very useable if smallish bathroom. Great shower. Lovely little kitchen area, which is perfect for making drinks, even if you don’t want to use it for anything else. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but this is not an issue with so many places to eat.

Clean and located in a wonderful place! It was quiet and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was okay however the layout was odd and not ideal. The shelves were occupied with various plates and glassware so you will need to consolidate all the dispersed items before you can stow your luggage.
