I has stayed at this proporty in 2003 that was a nice boutique hotel. I made the mistake and came back to this propoerty on May 4 to find out that it ius run down, the hallways small , the carepoert in the room was stained and looked like had been cleaned many times, the windows do not close are the window handels are almost broiken, the towels are so work out , there is not even a small holder to put soap next the sink, the bathroom floors look dirty with cracks in the tiles. I can go on and on . When I told the front desk about all my issues they said they cannot change my room . What a waste . Will never go there. Trust me I travle a lot and had just stayed in nine hotels using Expedia booking and non of the hotels with the 4 to five star ranking had this proble. DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

A week trip to London

The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington is a really nice hotel to stay for our 5 day trip. It is close to the train stations and within walking distances to local supermarkets and restaurants. The staff at the Grand Plaza were very friendly and very helpful. Isaac particularly, was very helpful and happy to quell any of our concerns. Thank you Isaac!! Would certainly choose this hotel again if I were to make another trip to London.

A bit surprised that anyone could enter the hotel and use the elevator. I'm just used to key cards being used in the elevator to access your floor. Wasn't worried about anything happening, just used to it. Overall, the staff and room were amazing.

Very good Hotel with large, clean room

The Hotel staff were very engaging and courteous. The hotel is clean, our room was large and very clean, we were very pleased with it. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the nearest tube station, not too bad. Breakfast is provided by a separate company with a walk through from the Hotel. We opted for the continental breakfast. Choice wasn't too bad but the cooked food was only luke warm and we found it to be not the best quality. Apart from this we felt the Hotel was of a very good standard, we were pleased with our stay and felt it was value for money.

Good proximity to Earl’s Court Station, which has a lift for baggage and connects easily out to LHR. The room is surprisingly small, but the bathroom was quite roomy!

I really love this location, it is around restautants, shopping and it has transportation everything with just like 5 minutes walking. The room is big enought for you to walk around and clean.

Great location, 10 minutes from tube station on a quietnstreet. Staff were gelpful. Booked online and for some reason got accessible room which was large and clean. Bed was a little too hars but upntonpar. Would recommemd.
