We had researched many hotel options for our trip and decided on the Montague on the Gardens because of its great location and also because of its historic charm. We had also read that the staff provided excellent guest services- this last point was the best part. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I read that the staff was amazing and wow, they lived up to it! We were there for a girl’s weekend celebrating our daughter’s 9th birthdays. The staff was so attentive and made everyone feel special. After exploring London, we all agreed the location was perfect. It was quiet, yet close to all the action. When in London, this will be our go to hotel. On another not, we did the hotel’s high tea, and it was perfect:) Now back in the states, we can’t stop talking about the amazing hotel we stayed at. We are so grateful for the amazing experience!

The perfect property that lives up to the ratings. The staff is exceptional with every engagement. Open and helpful to a degree that is a lost art. So many suggestions for our trip that were well timed. From check in to Concierge service to guided tour, excellent bar with bar staff, perfect English Breakfast , perfect High Tea, transport arrangements. Classic meets comfort!

The hotel was the perfect combination of classic meets comfort. Th staff was the kindest we’ve experienced. Amie and Chis made the 3 meals we had there so enjoyable. The food was amazing. The drinks were top notch. This was our favorite hotel of the 4 we stayed in on this 10 day trip. We have already discussed coming back.
