You should not rate this as 3 star property. At the best this is comparable to a motel. The room was extremely small

Not very good. Booked a deluxe double and sorry to say it was disgusting. Nothing deluxe about it. Dirty, tired and tiny. No tea coffee facilities. Moved to another room and no hot water. Moved again which was a lot better but the hotel is not clean or hygienic. For the price you pay it’s just not worth it. I come a lot on business here but will try and avoid this hotel

Do not stay here

Paid for 3 nights and stayed for one. The pictures are incredibly deceptive. The room wreaked of rubbing alcohol and mold which caused headaches and nausea. We kept the window open and it still didn’t help. The shower didn’t drain, the walls had smashed bugs on it, it was so small we couldn’t walk around our bed, there was a hole in the wall that was covered by the headboard. The small tv that was the size of a laptop screen didn’t work. Also didn’t come with any amenities. Staff was rude to incoming guests. Do not stay here. The only positive to this place is location. We ended up going to another hotel further away. Save yourself time and money and book a different hotel

Absolutely wonderful! Situated in a beautiful, great location, near transportation, numerous dining options. My favorite aspect of it is that it’s near Hyde park!

the overall experience was poor the room definitely needs a re paint as it is runned down. The bed is uncomfortable the walls are grubby and the bathroom was ridiculously tiny you didn’t even have space to sit on the toilet as the sink was practically on top of you- aswell no hot water from the shower just pure coldness! It was very noisy at night time too, the service wasn’t very good either we had to wait a couple hours for some extra pillows. if your looking for a cheap place to stay then stay here lol!

Good location but toilet and washbasin to improve

A very small room but centrally located in Paddington which is a very big advantage and a few minutes walk from the Underground station at Paddington and also Direct connection to the London Heathrow. The toilet as well as wash basin are made where it’s both very difficult to use.

Don’t waste your money!!!

I got there early and told to come back at three, came back and had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. The room was small and the shower was even worse because you had to manoeuvre yourself to get in. The mattress was terrible, could not get comfortable and had hardly any sleep, I will never go there again and would not recommend it to anybody!!

THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST EVER HOTEL IN THE WORLD!! WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN!! EVEN A HOSTEL IS WAY BETTER THAN THIS DUMPSTER . STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT AND USELESS!!! MY EXPERIENCE OF THIS DUMPSTER!!! ARRIVED ON THURSDAY 11TH, ARRIVED EARLY. WANTED TO CHARGE ME £10 FOR BEING 45MINS EARLY AND WANTING TO CHECK IN!! NO CHANCE!! WHEN I FINALLY GOT CHECKED IN, ROOM G101, DISGUSTING/FILTHY. TV WASN'T WORKING, NO REMOTE CONTROL (WASN'T FIXED DURING MY STAY), BATHROOM WAS BEYOND BELIEF; WASN'T EVEN CLEANED, CRACKED TILES, TOILET SEAT BROKEN, NO BLINDS IN THE TOILET. TOLD THEM ABOUT TV AND BATHROOM... SURPISE SURPRISE TV DIDN'T GET FIXED AND THEY MADE UP AN EXCUSE; HANDYMAN DIDN'T TURN UP!? YEAH, OK!! EVERY NIGHT I HAD TO COMPLAIN TO THE NIGHTSHIFT STAFF (GETTING OUT OF MY BED IN MY PJS TO ATTEND RECEPTION), ABOUT THE GUESTS IN ROOM G102, AND THE ROOM ABOVE. BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10PM -2AM!!! ROWDY, BANGING DOORS!! THE NOISE THESE TWO ROOMS WERE MAKING WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! This hotel was truly awful. The springs on my bed were completely broken, the hot water didn’t work in the shower, i wasn’t provided a towel and the room had stains on the carpet and door that looked like blood. The staff were extremely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Don’t stay here.

I hate being negative about places but I was asked to leave a review and I’m not going to BS. The staff member I met was very nice and helpful I have nothing bad to say about him. The room cost me £50 so I wasn’t expecting the Plaza standard!
