The location was right in the heart of London. It made it so easy to navigate the city. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet. I loved the charm and historical architecture of the building. Can't wait till my next trip,

This hotel was fabulous, staff was great, location was great everything we were interested in was walking and the hotel is located at a subway station but no train noise. The hotel is grand old building very well maintained and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We never used the bar or restaurant but they looked nice.

The room was beautiful. The mini bar was free and we were given a token each to use at the bar for a free drink. I had a whuskey and coke and my husband had a Guinness. We worked out that he menu price for both would have been £32. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the staff were friendly and helpful

Clean room although the shower had some mold on the bottom tiles. Breakfast service was excellent & fair plus variety & fair quality. Convenient to many activities, restaurants & shopping. Not too noisy. One lift was down our entire stay but we only had a longer wait 2-3x & we were there 5 nights.
