The room was very clean and spacious. Little attentions like included minibar made it marvelous. The London design all over the hotel was so beautiful. Breakfast was varied. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately, only one elevator working so moving back and forth to the upoer floor was very slow. Concierge team was very good. Very poor clean up of rooms - two days in a row room was not made up after we returned after 4 each day. Mini bar was never refreshed including coffee and milk. Will struggle to return for another stay.

This is our second time staying at the Clermont Charing Cross and we had an excellent stay once again. We checked in early due to our room being ready which was so kind. As always the hotel was well presented and smelt lovely! It makes me so glad to be there! The staff were welcoming and helpful especially around the unfortunate lift breakdown that occurred during our stay. They covered this tricky situation well with kindness in a time that must have been stressful for the team. The room was exceptional as always with a wonderful bed space for my daughter overlooking the Thames with a view of the city. The complimentary mini bar is appreciated as always with top up offered during our stay. We had a lovely breakfast and lunch which was delicious both table service (lunch) and buffet style (breakfast). Thank you so much to the staff.
