Lovely hotel, can be really expensive so I only stay when it's reasonable but it's so comfortable, the rooms are lovely and the food is very high quality. Location is fantastic for work. Nice touches like free drink at the bar on arrival and coffee machine in the room.

Excellent city hotel

Excellent hotel, near to Tower Bridge and the City. The rooms are lovely, great bathroom, and amenities, and the complimentary breakfast is the full works, not just croissants and juice. The staff are great too - can’t fault this place. Recommended.

Really nice place, would stay again

The room was absolutely fab! Very clean, exceptionally comfy bed, chuffed with the availability of decent extras like tea and coffee. Bathroom had nice availability of good complimentary products. Things I'd improve are the bathroom extractor either not working or not present, it got pretty steamy in there! The Shower pressure wasnt great and finally the chairs in the restaurant at breakfast were covered in stains, just looked a bit mingin!

We didn't like the hotel even though we stayed here a few years ago and it was ok. The first room we got on the ground floor with a view of the outside staircase with a mess and the room was noisy and vibrated due to the passing subway every 5 minutes, we asked for a change of room, it was a better room, it was clean, but the bathroom was dirty and unmaintained. For the price you pay in London this hotel is a joke. Breakfast is served in a strange and chaotic way.
