We loved this hotel. Everyone was so helpful. Our room was well taken care of daily. We loved the Jurassic Tea Service with our grandchildren. We were delighted by the special cocktail drinks created by Aadhi and Wachiva especially for us and the mocktails for the grandchildren . We had a lovely time. Thank you so much.

An amazing stay at The Ampersand. From check-in to check-out the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent for my stay being only a short walk from South Kensington tube. Despite the location, the room was quiet and no noise disturbed my stay. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable; the free snacks and soft drinks provided was an excellent touch. The large bathroom with rainfall shower and double ended bath were both excellent and the bed and bedding comfortable. Overall, I couldn’t fault any aspect of my stay, with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff being a highlight.

Great location ~ safe and close to Underground. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Best thing was the High Tea with the science theme! The kids love it and it was fun for adults as well!

The staff were great. I was there for a few days to see friends so I didn’t use any of the dining options but they looked nice. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. So convenient with South Kensington right outside the hotel.
