Check in and out was fine. No toilet paper, toilet was black, showers were black and filthy, unusable. Floor was coming up in the room, mattress was very thin

Very poor condition hotel! Bathrooms were dirty and moldy and had to shared them with other guests! Decent service! Hotel is close to everything!

Not in great condition. Mould in the bathroom, no light bulb in a lamp, the cupboards bolted down, and a very springy bed. But sticky and some ants. Great location so able to get out to London attractions quickly which was main reason for purchase. For a cheaper stay than other accommodation close by, but wouldn't book this for a luxury getaway that's for sure.

Not a good hotel. Door had been kicked in and mended badly. TV didn’t work. Filthy. Staff had a loud conversation outside my window every hour during the night.

The room was not a great room. Overgrown trees coming through windows. Staff were not helpful tv didnt work mould all over the shower curtain No hot water for shower! Funny smells on the corridors

As a basic place to lay one's head (especially coming in from Soho in the early hours), it's adequate, well-placed and excellent value for the location. The bed was comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. The facilities are basic and non-suite, and the shower and toilet in the corridor a bit pokey. The basin in my room had a very low-pressure water supply, but just about adequate to clean the teeth. I'd certainly use it as a base again, though at my age (and especially after a night of jazz and caipirinhas), I maybe should pay a bit more for en suite next time!
