This hotel really deserves a "10" but I don't want to create false expectations, because the room is quite compact, and so I would give it a "9". Otherwise, everything is superb. Clean, comfortable beds, good AC, healthy and tasty breakfast, excellent wifi, fantastic location (close to 2 Tube stations, Paddington Station, busses, supermarket, many restaurants; quiet; safe), helpful staff, refrig, microwave, stove, and dishes. Would gladly stay here again. Description in listing is accurate. My group consisted of two adults in their 70s and their grandson, age 10.

The staff and location was great. Very short walk to the train station. Upon arriving, our safe dis not work. We reported it and it was promptly fixed. The room was bright and clean and quite cute. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable bed for the night close to amenities and communication links. Hotel reception staff were particularly friendly and the breakfast offers a proper English and continental fare.
