Enjoyable stay - we had booked the queen room for 1 night, the room was smaller than expected with one of us having to squeeze between the bed and wall to get in one side. Good location with a tube station just 7 minutes walk away. The hotel is fairly new with a classy, modern feel.

I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very unfortunate! Beautiful design and decor with no practicality.

Recently opened & ideally situated on Kensington High Street enabling great access to tubes/buses. Kensington Palace Hyde Park easily walkable. Excellent choice of independent shops/restaurants nearby. Can highly recommend Sally Clarkes for lunch or dinner. Staff very welcoming & breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Queen room was very compact so would request a larger room when next visiting.

Lovely little room, it was in the basement which I didnt love, but it certainly was cosy and beautifully decorated and clean. There was a really annoying light that I couldnt turn off in the fridge/tea area it shone right in the eyes at pillow level

Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is in a great location and reasonably priced, especially when considering where it is. The staff were all really nice and genuinely seemed to care. I would stay in the hotel again. Yo provide true balance to this review it's important to note that there were some issues with the room though: There were 3 eftover takeaway containers left in the fridge. The heating is rather hit and miss - for example, the bathroom was either ridiculously hot or cold. A light came on of its own accord at 5am.
