As a Expedia vip member, I should have been offered a complimentary upgrade if available. When I enquired, the man who checked me in said the hotel was full so this offer wasn’t available. It turns out that this member of staff lied to me. I immediately checked Expedia and several upgraded rooms were available for the duration of my stay. On arrival there was no offer to assist with our luggage and one morning the maid just strolled into my room without knocking. Really poor service from the staff at this hotel, I would not recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is centrally located, modern & clean. We enjoyed the sauna in the evenings. The room was a nice size with good amenities. The doormen were always Superb! Friendly & eager to be of service. Sadly the front desk was less than attentive. I had requested a reservation at the 12 knots bar 2 weeks ahead and it was never reserved.

The staff at Sea Containers all go above and beyond. I have stayed twice and on both occasions have been very impressed with their attention and good manners. The hotel offers great dining options and the view from 12th Knot bar is stunning. Will definitely be returning.

The staff at the Sea Containers was absolutely amazing! I could not ask for anything more....everyone at guest services to the concierge to the bellman, Lamesh and David were wonderful. It was such a wonderful place to stay in London! Five stars for sure!

Everything was exceptional. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and very nice, my partner and I enjoyed ourselves.
