The hotel is beautiful and our room view was amazing, but there was a stain on the floor (Room 1214) that looked perhaps like sick, and turndown service still hadn’t come by 3.30pm despite putting the sign out at 9am, and we turned them away as we had returned by then.

I'm a regular business travel and this one stands out. Amazing hotel, I was lucky to get a room upgrade without asking. Shame I was only there 12 hours total. Everything was top quality, nice staff. Cannot fault anything, still go back for sure.
