Although the hotel’s exterior and some common areas may appear a bit dated, the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully updated, offering a sleek and modern feel. The stay was extremely comfortable, and the location is unbeatable—centrally located and easily walkable to many key attractions. Highly recommend for a stylish and convenient London stay.

Gorgeous hotel with gorgeous views

A wonderful hotel with amazing views! Almost everyone on the team was welcoming and friendly - would highly recommend for a London break and a treat to be part of exploring the Southbank, as well as a great base to head over the river!

A great hotel that has an excellent position on the banks of the Thames. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the ridiculous charging process. Beware check your bill and do not accept charges to your room that you have not spent.
