I stayed at this five-star hotel and, honestly, the room wasn't as spotless as I'd expected - dusty floor, average-sized room. Breakfast comes with a fee, but their seating system was a bit odd, and you had to order coffee and tea separately. The veggie and halal options were there, but limited compared to other hotels in the same league. And they add a discrete service fee on top of the price of breakfast. Overall, it was good, I guess. Location's what you're paying for.

Excellent hotel, this is my go to hotel when I visit London now. Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel, excellent location. Park next door, underground two blocks away, loads of food and coffee etc around. Last week when I stayed I booked the hotel last minute for 4 nights, I had an issue with my booking when I arrived late at night, and Alana or whoever was the front desk when I arrived late (I may have her name wrong), but she went above and beyond to fix my room booking and make sure I was comfortable and happy with my stay. That kind of service goes a long way, especially after traveling from California and being tired from travels. I'll be back.

The staff, service & food were excellent. Unfortunately the standard room was very small. We should have booked a larger one. Couldn’t even get the in room dining trolley inside & only one chair. Poor really.

The only issue was that through Hotels.com. It was stated that there would be an airport transfer the next day, but when checking at the hotel, they said that was not the case and that airport transfers were not available. That was indeed one of the things that made me select the hotel.

Such a lovely room and great value for how nice it was. Breakfast was also lovely. Fantastic location, especially for the Albert Hall, plus we got to see a real sumo wrestler in the lobby. Will definitely come back.
