The staff at this hotel exceed my expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable, well designed and provided nice features such as usb port to charge my phone with a converter and a great desk to work from while traveling. I could live in this hotel. I will certainly stay here again!

The hotel is great but compared to previous stays they seem to have lost some of the personalized and detailed attention. Missed turn down service , a garbage bin that disappeared and a less than friendly check out may have made me rethink to stay here. Great location, minimalist rooms and an ok restaurant (service was really bad this time around) - it has to come from a genuine hospitality at this property and if that’s lacking and with the few amenities they have this easily slides to a four star experience.

Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff was courteous. The room was not spacious enough. I did not like the fact that there were no drinks in the mini fridge. That is a minus for a 5-star hotel.

Overall room and service were great. It was chilly, we thought a window wasn't closed properly but it perhaps hasn't been sealed properly. We used the large pillows to block off the cold air from the widow.

The Royal Garden Hotel was beautiful. I truly appreciated the Assistant Manager Daniel and the Concierge Adam they were great, but the entire staff provided excellent service.We celebrated my daughters 16th birthday and she had a great time. I definitely return to this property.

This hotel is a great place to stay, conveniently located near everything you need. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the train station is just a five-minute walk away. Whole Foods and numerous stores and restaurants are nearby, and the entrance to Hyde Park is close by as well. The staff is excellent—very attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious, making it an ideal choice for families. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is because of the beds; while the size was excellent—bigger than standard beds—the mattress was uncomfortable. However, aside from that issue, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant is beautiful, calm and serene side. Our room was beautiful (king bed plus a sofa bed) and well cared for when we asked for housekeeping. The staff is impeccable and very attentive. Everything was amazing and we will return.
Breakfast is served in the Origin restaurant. It overlooks the access road to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park.

What a wonderful stay starting with the very pleasant person on reception. She was courteous and friendly especially notable when the person ahead of us had been unnecessarily rude! We were treated to an upgrade which was much appreciated as the room was perfect with a beautiful view to the park and very quiet. Slept really well! The breakfast via room service was good - poached eggs were perfectly cooked albeit a tad cold & the chap who brought it was very polite. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is perfect for shows at the Albert Hall as well as exploring Kensington.
