The only issue was that through Hotels.com. It was stated that there would be an airport transfer the next day, but when checking at the hotel, they said that was not the case and that airport transfers were not available. That was indeed one of the things that made me select the hotel.

Such a lovely room and great value for how nice it was. Breakfast was also lovely. Fantastic location, especially for the Albert Hall, plus we got to see a real sumo wrestler in the lobby. Will definitely come back.

Great property in a desirable location of London. The staff was very accommodating to a very tired traveler and helped me plan accordingly from my first full day in the city once I recharged. Accommodating any last minute requests I had. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

The trip was great but i am disapointed by the parking. When u booked it says parking available , when i arrived the hotel doesn't have the parking so i had to find parking. It should nit advirtised as parking available .
