Very convenient and safe area. The only downside was the toilet flush. It’s very hard and you need to keep pushing. Breakfast is great..they change the breakfast selections and always have hot food. Staff are very nice and respectful. The property just need a little upgrade.

This hotel was quiet, no noise from the street came into the room, and our room was very comfortable. There is a great variety of restaurants within a ten minute walk. If you fly into Gatwick, you can take the Tube to a station nearby. But if you fly into Heathrow, you will have to take a taxi or an Uber. Both are fine options, just something to consider.

Though initially it was hard to spot down the alleyway, we had such a wonderful stay. Breakfast was lovely every morning. The staff was so helpful. Every evening when we returned, our room was spotless and restocked. It was so nice to be able to make a meal in our room if we didn't feel like eating out.

We were placed in this hotel last minute from their sister hotel at tower bridge. We booked and paid weeks in advance but they emailed to swap us so late we were already traveling. This meant we were the wrong side of London for what we had planned which incurred additional travelling costs and alot more walking with an 8 year old. The room was very hot, despite complaining about the air conditioning nothing improved. The only thing we could do was leave the balcony door open at night, this was unsafe as other rooms had access to our balcony. When we first arrived they were only expecting 2 adults, so there was no bedding for our son, who then had to stay up late until someone eventually turned up with extra bedding and made his bed. Very disappointing hotel, especially their customer services, not having the decency to contact and warn us we were being transferred to a hotel we had not chosen. We could have saved money by staying at a cheaper hotel, one that appreciates our custom. Not what we expected from a Marriott.

Little trip to London.

Lovely comfortable little apartment. Included tea and coffee making facilities, little kitchen area with dishwasher and tablets, utensils and a washing machine! Home from home! None of which were needed though for my stay. Short walk from London Bridge underground station. We did have an issue with noisy neighbours, it was young children being very noisy throughout the night and by 5am, we’d had enough of the noise so I rang reception and asked if they’d ask them to be quiet, extremely promptly they came up and had a word with them. Efficient staff and very helpful. Problem sorted. All in all a good find.

The deluxe 1 bedroom (2 queen) suite was perfect for my wife and 3 kids. Room was very spacious for a week stay in London. Staff was very friendly. A quick walk to Tower Bridge and some good restraunts in the area.
