The suite rooms are wonderful and flow. Given it’s winter the heating was needed but strange and unnatural air that came through. The carpets and sofa’s can do with cleaning due to past spills. But comfortable and relaxing. My child got akin rash from the pillows so makes me wonder? We both didn’t feel so great returning home from the stay. It’s a pity I should have said something as the staff are wonderful and the hotel is very welcoming.

Delayed check in (over an hour) was compensated by hotel staff with complimentary drinks. Room was okay if not a little worn. External view out of suite windows was awful (building site and service ramp to Tescos) where we were awoken very early each of our three mornings with building work and or rubbish collection. Staff overall very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast despite being busy was well managed - food was tasty and plentiful, tables cleared to a good standard.

Customer service poor. Bathroom door not Working, water leaking from bathroom, beeping noise every one minute in the room - the whole night. Requested happy birthday card / note for my daughter - two times by email. No action on that. The Asian guy looking after the coffee machine was rude and staring as if we were taking away his coffee

Two elevators are not enough for the large number of rooms; long queues form. The breakfast selection is very limited. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable. All the staff are polite, helpful, and friendly.

The stay was very pleasant; however I would prefer to be on the top floor, as I could hear the guests with children, running and stomping from above me. Otherwise, it was great and cozy, eco-friendly room, and a great location.
