Great location for Royal Albert Hall

Great location for Royal Albert Hall. Short walk to underground and also near range of restaurants. Room was spacious and clean (some paint marks on beige carpet did stand out. Staff v friendly and quick check in. First hotel i have stayed at where you are issued 2 cards-one for room and one for lift/stair access. Would stay again.

Room was not ready at check in. Told us it would be 10 mins. It was 30 mins. Other than that we were glad there was AC for unusually hot London June. Old but clean as expected for Europe. Good size as the EU goes for family of 4 for one night. Pretty helpful front desk.

Not a nice hotel … the bed was Bad . And the TV not working and room Was dirty.. out side the door to the room Was also dirty. Very poor condition.

I was given a “quieter” room on the ground floor. However, the next day there was drilling & banging in the afternoon & then the following morning starting at 8.00am !!! Not happy & had to tell the workmen to “shut up as it was too early”.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, the breakfast is good although it could have more egg options. The staff was very friendly. If we come back to London we’d be staying here again

Not up to normal standards

We have stayed here before and loved it. So we came back, but this time we tried to have a drink in the bar but they only had Guinness on draft, and no where to sit. The room was nice however both cream and shower gel either empty and not working and in the bathroom there was a huge pile of sawdust/dust that hadn’t been cleaned up after a repair. Reception lady lovely as always

This is an old rundown hotel with the Radisson Blu brand slapped on it. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. Old worn room, broken phone due to bad wiring, bad air conditioning, broken lamp, chipped door and furniture. And outside the window was an industrial mess on the roof spewing smoke. Management did NOTHING for us, except provide us with a fan since too warm to sleep.
