The hotel is old, dated and the room was tiny. It was noisy, with a strange fan contraption letting in more noise. The fan was over loud too. It was so small it was hard to store clothes and move about the room. It was nothing like the quality I’d expect of a Radisson hotel. I won’t consider staying there again.

Outstanding service!

The reception staff, restaurant manager and housekeeper were outstanding! First time in this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised as great location but the staff were all outstanding, they made a real difference to our stay. I will be back!

The check in was perfect, the reception was obviously well run, very kind and considerate. The room was just a little tired if I'm honest, but clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast again has great staff and the food was fine.
