I stayed for 2 nights for a business trip, solo.
The entrance/reception area was very well presented.
The restaurant was good and I enjoyed the dinner.
The room doesn't have sound-proof windows, my room faced directly onto Tottenham Court Road, and there is a hospital very close by, this meant the room was very noisy during the night.
The room size was good, the mattress was a little too solid for my own liking, but that is a personal preference thing.
The gym was a decent size for a hotel of this size, but it did smell strongly of damp, not just sweat/body odour.
Also, the water from the taps, bizarrely, was slightly greasy; I hope it had nothing to do with the construction work going on on the first floor.
Overall, I would not stay here again, unless there were no other options in the area.
