The staff were incredible and actually made my stay all the better. The food was excellent. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff were professional and personable. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, even to loaning me a charger whilst I sat in restaurant.

No hot water for the shower! We have made a complaint, but nobody came to fix the issue. The pressure of water was terrible. I would not comeback unless the water problem wouldn’t exist. The hotel is just in front of the Warren street tube station.

Sadly we purchased a premium room only to open the door to a room full of mould all around the windows and walls. Not only is this unacceptable but also a health risk with the room being a working room when it was completely covered in mould. After talking to reception we were moved to a different room but I am still shock that customers are being placed in a mouldy room to that extent, even more still shocked having paid for an upgraded premium room. If we did not experience this our review would be 8/10 but sadly I can only give 1 star as it is a health and safety risk being put in that room

We had a free upgrade. This was a large room, however the space was not well used. It just made the TV and coffee further away. Windows had secondary glazing and the curtains were thick. The heating worked, although it was only just warm enough. Staff were very pleasant. Provisions were good. Bed and pillows excellent. It was clean. The negatives were the dripping noise in the air conditioning (whether on or off) which disrupted our sleep. The toilet seat was loose and we reported it. Not enough hooks in the bathroom. Final good point was the existence of baths in this and our other (standard) room. Showers were also in place. Good towels, flannels and robes.

The staff at this hotel has been really, really helpful. The location is good for getting around the city. Due to a heating problem with our first room and needing two, we were able to see several other rooms in the hotel. The hotel is large, so it is probably undergoing rotating renovations as a result. Every room had different carpeting ranging from fairly new to being very overdue for replacement. The bedding was nice and all of the rooms, but some of the showers had corroded fixtures, and mold. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly. I would stay here again with a reasonable rate even even though the rooms are a bit dated also because the staff is really top-notch.

Staff were very friendly on arrival, got an upgrade as it was my bday which was a great! room was spotless and showers was nice and hot. Restaurant was spotless. Breakfast was nice and hot with plenty to choose from and staff were very friendly. The only downside of the stay was the noise from the traffic in our room as we were at the front of the building but it didn’t ruin our stay and would go back again but maybe stay in a room away from the road.

Clean, functional rooms, very lovely staff, loved the food, next to the tube station. Extra thank you to our server Lipaksha. We had a great time and it was extra special since we were spending Christmas away from home.

I booked for 4 people but the room could only accommodate 3 people. I requested for an additional bed but that did not come even after the front desk told me that we they will look into it. Also, there were insufficient blankets as well where we had to use the bath robe and towels as blankets. If they unable to accommodate the number of guests, they should not advertise that they could. It is very misleading and disappointing.
