Just overall bad!

No hot water - which was bad considering just used the gym. Charged me also £33 for breakfast most expensive ever! Carpits had furballs needs big referb.

Great hotel with great service and cleanliness

Great hotel with great service and cleanliness. My only disappointment was that I couldn't sleep with the window open as there was some sort of fan outside just below my window. Minor detail and not enough to ask to change rooms. I slept soundly regardless - the room was well laid out and had everything required for a business trip.

Avoid if you want to sleep.

The walls in the the room and duvet are of a similar thickness. Around the 2mm mark. Could hear every person walking past the room like they were in with you and the windows kept out zero outside noise. The duvet was little more than a sheet which left me cold all night Tiny , tired looking room with awful curtains. Didn’t feel clean. All for the bargain price of £155 per night !!! Only pros were 1) reception area looks quite nice 2) the mattress was actually comfy 3) location perfect for an early train to Euston. However , next time i need to be near Euston, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Great location

Great hotel in a good location for London - close to Euston, easily walkable to Oxford Street, Covent Garden etc Lovely welcoming & friendly staff, nice ambience and reception area. Stayed in a single room which was plenty big enough for me & included all the amenities needed. As is usual with single room bathroom small so be aware of that if you prefer something roomier! Great nights sleep. Would recommend.

Great location as near to Euston station. We dropped out bags at 10.30 to find our room was actually ready so checked in. Friendly service from reception. Felt confident with Radisson brand it would be of a standard. Room decor a little old fashioned but had everything we needed including the iron! Clean and tidy. Good price too. Would definitely stay there again as location /price was perfect for a theatre stay . However I would not eat at the restaurant again. Overpriced and underwhelming food despite the title of steak and lobster. Be mindful that if you receive an email for 10% of food and drinks it does not come off a set menu even though there is no small print to say so. And paprika fries came as thick chips with such a light covering is paprika most were just normal cheap but also undercooked. Verdict : great hotel but id eat elsewhere
