The staff were very helpful. We had to change our room 3 times because of the AC problem. The room we stayed in has no telephone because the outlet doesn’t work. Everyone we needed something we had to go to the reception.

Very handy for Euston Square. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in. I booked a single and was upgraded to a double and they gave me a voucher for a drink at the bar. Comfortable room with all the usual amenities.

Very nice hotel just 75byards from Warren Street Underground station. 20 minute walk to Theatreland. Barbara that checked me in was just superb. She could see u was tired after a very long hourney and really looked after me. Thank yoy.

Convenient for early departure from Euston Station as approx. 10min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lift was hit and miss but being on First Floor just used the stairs. Breakfast was nice, eggs fluffy, wife had Buttermilk pancakes, only one pancake served but tasted delightful. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The location was great as it’s next to the Tube station. The room was spacious and clean, but occasionally you will hear the sirens from the road. The front desk staff were helpful. The lift is small and the down button at the lift landing was not working during our stay, so we took the stairs. Would still recommend this hotel for its location as there are also many convenient stores and food places around.

The woman who checked us into the hotel was fantastic. She upgraded us to a premium room and let us in to the room at 10am and gave us free breakfast every day! Breakfast was really good and well organised with buffet and dishes available to order all of which were tasty and to a good standard. This was my second stay at this hotel and would definitely book again.

Friendly welcome and enabled an early check in. Room was spacious and very clean. Room a little tired with a few stains on carpet and chipped furniture, but overall a good standard.
